Once approved your travel permit or exhibition request approval will be emailed to the contact name on the form.

Please ensure all requests are completed a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the tournament or at least a week before an exhibition game.

Please note there is a $100 fine for all travel permits that are not submitted to the NOHA within 14 days of a tournament. These costs will be passed onto the team.
