New AA Release Policy

As a result of population growth in the Callander and Astorville areas the NOHA has bumped the ENMHA to an A centre for rep hockey from a D centre.  What this means is that our teams will need to become more competitive at that level for the Tournament of Champions and other rep type of tournaments.  As a result the executive has implemented a no release policy to AA teams that will be competing against our A teams at the same age catagory. This will affect minor and major age catagories if the teams are playing against our A teams at the same age level.  Some examples: (ie A Minor Atom AA playing ENMHA Atom A  , no release would be provided.  Major Bantam AA playing against our Bantam A no release would be provided.   Releases will still be provided to teams playing AA hockey in Sudbury.  This will allow ENMHA teams to be more competitive at the A level while providing room for player development within district 5.  .
